The Phillies, hopefully refreshed from a 4 day All Star break, start a 3 game weekend series on Friday in San Francisco to kick-off the 2nd half of the season.

Last year’s ace, Jon Lieber (3-6) who recently came of the DL hopes to get his and the Phils 2nd half off on the right foot.   Matt Morris (7-7) is tapped to start for the Giants.
