On Tuesday, the Mets and the Cardinals make up Monday night’s rainout as lefthander Tom Glavine opposes Jeff Weaver for the Cardinals in a rematch of game 1.
Yahoo’s preview of Tuesday’s game reports;
The game was rescheduled for 8:19 p.m. EDT Tuesday night at Busch Stadium. The teams are tied at two games each in the best-of-seven series.
For the second time in the NLCS, the teams will travel without a day off. They’ll play Game 6 at Shea Stadium in New York on Wednesday night, as scheduled.
St. Louis starts their ace Chris Carpenter in Game 6 on Wednesday against Mets rookie John Maine.
